Layered Pumpkin Porch Styling for Fall in Greenville, Troy, Dayton & Englewood, Ohio

There is something so cheerful about the first pumpkins appearing in Ohio. I’ve always believed a porch deserves the same kind of thought as interiors— layered, balanced, and just a touch playful.

A porch is where you wave to neighbors, welcome dinner guests, and (if you’re anything like me) stop to snap a quick photo of your kids in their coats and boots. When styled with intention, a porch makes all of that feel better, more put together — and yes, absolutely Instagram-worthy.

What I’m Offering This Fall

This year, I’m opening up a limited number of fall porch styling spots — because sometimes it’s nice to let someone else do the heavy lifting while you simply enjoy the results.

The Harvest Porch — $200

Think of this as a gentle nod to fall: a collection of pumpkins and gourds styled with balance and texture, enough to make your entry feel seasonal without being overdone.

 Includes:

• Pumpkins & gourds: Small, curated grouping (5–7 pieces in mixed sizes/colors)

• Placement: Arranged neatly around the base of the door (no straw bale)

• Optional mums: If the client already has porch pots, you’ll place one mum in each

The Gathered Porch — $400

This is the full scene: pumpkins in every shade, hay bales for height, pots of mums, and those layered details that keep it from looking chaotic. A proper welcome for guests and a perfect backdrop for family photos.

 Includes:

• Pumpkins & gourds: Larger, fuller grouping (12–15+ pieces in varied sizes/colors)

• Mums: Included in porch pots (client provides the pots, you provide the plants)

• Straw bale(s): For height and texture (client is responsible for disposal at end of season)

• Optional cornstalks: To add vertical interest

How It Works

Once you’ve booked, I’ll share the day your porch will be styled. You don’t even have to be home — go about your day, and by the time you’re back, your porch will be transformed. If you’re away, I’ll send you an after photo so you can see it right away.

It’s easy, it’s quick, and the result lasts through the season.

Porches matter more than we give them credit for. They’re like a stage set — not just for guests, but for you, too. Every time you return home, you’re greeted by that layered scene. It says: here is a house ready for autumn, ready for friends, and ready for the little rituals of the season.
